Sales Policy

***We spend 24/7 watches for the first 5 weeks of our puppies lives, to ensure they’re as safe and healthy as possible.  They are held since birth and loved every single day.  Consequently, we want nothing but the best for our dogs.  You will be asked to sign this policy before taking any puppy home. *** 

Before sending a puppy home with anyone, we will meet with the families to make sure it is a good fit for both you and the puppy.  We want to make sure they will get lots of individual attention and care. 

 If you wish to have us hold a puppy for you, a deposit of $150 is required.  This amount will the taken off the initial sales price.  If you later choose to step out of the agreement, we will keep the $150.  The only time your deposit will be returned is if something happens to the puppy, or we decided it is a bad fit for you and the dog.

 Having said that, we have the right to refuse sale to anyone at any time during the process of selling a puppy.  We care for each individual pup and only want what is best for them.  

 Each puppy must be kept up-to-date on all shots and when old enough, must be fixed.  Fixing a dog (male and female) will ensure them a healthier and calmer lifestyle. 

 If you get a puppy and find it’s a bad fit for your family, you agree to grant us the option of taking the puppy back.  This does not mean we will definitely take the puppy back, but we have the first option.  No money will be given back if this happens.  This is simply to ensure a genuine commitment to the welfare of the puppy.
